- You must obtain prior approval from the receiving site (guest site) before requesting videoconference services.
- Contact Multimedia Services with the date and time of the teleconference at least one week prior to the event.
- The Multimedia Specialist will inform you of the status of the request within 48 hours in case there is a scheduling conflict.
- If the videoconferencing service has been approved, a time and place of the videoconference will be arranged with the host. If the videoconferencing has been denied, a detailed explanation will be provided. To assure expedient service, it is requested that arrangements for all videoconference services occur at least one week in advance of the videoconference date.
- The department, committee, or individual requesting use of videoconference services will assume all financial responsibility (when applicable) incurred for the event, such as: service charges, labor charges, and phone line charges.
